Instructions:

 

Grill the Patties 🔥: Cook burger patties on a hot grill or skillet until browned and cooked to your liking.

Melt Cheese 🧀: Place cheese slices on the patties in the last few minutes of cooking and allow to melt.

Classic Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 slices cooked bacon
4 leaves lettuce
4 tomato slices
4 pickle slices
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise (optional, for serving)
Butter or oil for toasting buns
Directions:

Form the Patties: Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.

Cook the Patties: Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Place the patties on the hot surface and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
